Delivery Information

  • How much does delivery cost?

    Standard 2-4 working day delivery- This is FREE of charge on all orders over £40 exc VAT.

    For all orders under £40 exc VAT, standard 2-4 day delivery is charged at £4.99 exc VAT.

    Express 1-2 Day Delivery- This is £7.99 exc VAT and will need to be upgraded whilst on the 'My Basket' page of the checkout process.

    Please note orders will need to be placed before 5pm, if your order is placed after 5pm and the Express 1-2 day option has been selected this will then be processed the following day. This delivery option will only appear if it is available on your chosen items. If this option does not appear and you need more information please contact us.

    A higher delivery charge of £24.99 exc VAT will be applied for deliveries to the Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands as these are not classed as UK Mainland.

    Unfortunately we are not able to deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, including Jersey and Guernsey.

  • Delivery Times?

    Standard Delivery - Orders are dispatched on a 2-3 working day service. This service is free on all orders over £40 exc VAT

    Express 1-2 Day Delivery - If available, and upgrade has been chosen at checkout. Express 1-2 day delivery is an all day service and the delivery day is based on the time and day that order was placed. We are unable to guarantee Next Day delivery at the moment due to the pressure couriers are under at this current time. We would love to be able to offer it - but have removed this so we do not let you down.

    Standard deliveries are made by our own delivery network, our express day service is fulfilled by UPS and Truline. Oversized and pallets may delivered by a freight carrier.

    Your order may also arrive via multiple couriers on the same day. You should have been notified of this by email beforehand, however if you have only received part of your order and are unsure, please feel free to contact us for confirmation.

    All of our deliveries are made via couriers who require a signature to complete delivery however some may accept a written note on the door to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour- please note if this is the case we cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.

    All of our deliveries are a door step delivery service, this is for both standard items as well as furniture and special order items. If you require delivery into the building or to specific rooms or floors, this may be available for furniture and special order items at an added delivery cost. Please contact us to find out more information regarding this.

    If you wish for your order to be delivered on a specific day, please notify us before you place your order and we will try our best to accomodate.

If you’re having your order delivered to an address in the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight or remote parts of Wales, products marked may take a little longer to arrive even where Express Delivery has been requested. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight are not classed as UK Mainland and will therefore be subject to an additional delivery charge and extended delivery times. Please note we cannot process orders for export outside the UK or VAT refunded orders.

    Please allow an additional 7-10 working days for delivery (The Express Delivery upgrade will not speed the delivery process up in any way and should not be selected for office furniture products).     Special Order Items:

    Some of our items have an extended lead time. This lead time will be clearly displayed on the product page and can be up to 10 working days if the stock is available. If the product is out of stock the lead time may be longer. If you are unsure whether an item you are looking at is a special order, please feel free to contact us for confirmation. Please note- the Next Day Delivery upgrade will not speed the delivery process up in any way and should not be selected for items showing an extended lead time.

  • What is Express Delivery?

    If you have paid extra for our express 1-2 day delivery service at checkout, your goods will be delivered within 1-2 days providing the order was placed before our 5pm cut off - any orders that have paid for express delivery after the 5pm cut off will be processed the following working day.

    Unforunately we are unable to guarantee Next Day delivery at the moment due to the pressure couriers are under at this current time. We would love to be able to offer this but have removed it to avoid disappointment.

    Express 1-2 day deliveries are on an all day service between 08.00 and 18.00.

    Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

  • Can I track my order?

    We ship our parcels with a number of different couriers. If your parcel has been sent via DPD, you will have access to all tracking information via your mobile phone (if a mobile number is provided on your order) and via the email sent to you when they have collected your parcel from us.

    For any other deliveries you can ask us to track these for you by calling or email - we cannot always provide a time slot on deliveries as they may be on an all day delivery service however we will endeavour to give you as much information as possible.

  • Can I delay my delivery?

    We may be able to delay your delivery for you however you will need to let us know that this is a requirement before placing

    We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £40 exc VAT - there's no need for a promotional code, it's all automatic!

    Please note that there are some exceptions to this-

    For deliveries to the Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands as these are not classed as UK Mainland, a compulsory delivery charge of £24.99 exc VAT will be applied.

    Postage stamps do not count towards your basket total with regards to the free delivery promotion

  • Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

  • If I order multiple items will they all be delivered at the same time?

    Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

  • What happens if I am not in when you try to deliver?

    Deliveries will be attempted up to 3 times on consecutive days. If after 3 days delivery has still been unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be cancelled and refunded to you. This can take up to 10 working days. Before a refund has been processed it may be possible for us to resend the goods for an additional delivery fee.
